United States: Up to 2 weeks 

International: Up to 4 weeks

ME AT THE ZOO is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. 

Unclaimed items will be returned to our facility and you will be liable for a reshipment to yourself.

If your order is lost in the mail please contact us within 4 weeks. But no worries! We will cover the cost of your item and shipping.

If your products have not arrived but your tracking number says it has; please contact us at matzcrew@itsmeatthezoo.com.

Where is the rest of my order?

You may receive only partial of your order. This means some portion of your overall order has been shipped out and we are still working on another shipment in that same order. You will see tracking information for any packages that have already been sent out.
