Refund policy

We’ll accept return requests for all items. Items must be unopened, unused, with the original tags still intact. Items must be returned within 4 weeks after the product is received. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition it was received.
After you’ve submitted a return request to Matzcrew@itsmeatthezoo.com, we will then give you instructions on how to properly return your item(s).
You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used within 8-10 business days of processing the return. We can not accept exchanges for a different size.

Once an exchange has been processed, you will be notified and provided a new tracking number. Please allow up to 10 business days for order processing.
